About the Position:
Moment A/S is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support of administrative, financial, and communicative nature. The role involves handling a variety of tasks with a certain degree of independence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting online information searches and gathering relevant data
- Coordinating projects and tasks with a high degree of autonomy
- Monitoring contracts and ensuring timely completion
- Filing, scanning, and archiving documents
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed an advanced level of secondary education, preferably in administration, communication, or finance
- You have experience from a relevant field and good knowledge of environmental issues
- You have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- You have good command of both written and spoken English, and proficiency in other official EU languages is an asset
The Practical Details:
- Working hours: 37 per week
- Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
- Location: Copenhagen
- Salary: 172.61 kr. per hour / 23.2 EURO per hour
