About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory teams. You will work closely with our global legal organization to ensure compliance with legal strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory teams
  • Work closely with our global legal organization to ensure compliance with legal strategies and processes
  • Develop and implement proactive guidelines and tools to help navigate complex legal and compliance matters
  • Communicate and train colleagues in Development and in our international legal organization
  • Develop innovative legal solutions to new and challenging issues
About the Team

You will be a key part of our high-performing, dynamic, and fun Pharma Law Development team. Our team is headed up by Director, Karoline Enodden, and we are part of the Pharma Law team in Global Legal & Patents, located in Novo Nordisk's headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark.

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience for Corporate Counsel role and 6+ years' experience for Senior Corporate Counsel role from a major law firm or working in-house legal department in a pharmaceutical company, clinical research organization or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English
  • Strategic approach to risk management and prioritization, and strategically minded with the ability to lead and set direction in a complex global stakeholder landscape
