Your Role

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Phillips-Medisize A/S, you will be a key player in driving manufacturing engineering competencies forward. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our manufacturing development, clinical, and commercial builds are up-to-date and fully competent to tackle the challenges within the manufacturing domain. You will be responsible for running projects from late-stage development to design transfer and into commercial production, occasionally supporting manufacturing processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement methods and processes for manufacturing
  • Participate in an internal global professional network for manufacturing
  • Lead DFA/DFM work and collaborate with project teams to recommend methods and technologies
  • Collaborate with production sites globally and review documents
  • Develop competencies within manufacturing and assembly
  • Communicate and report to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide cost estimates on manufacturing processes

Your Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Working experience with medical devices and proven project-based experience
  • Experience with ISO 13485, GAMP, and other related standards within the medical devices industry
  • Hands-on experience with planning and estimation processes and broad knowledge of atomization and assembly processes
  • Commercial understanding and the ability to transfer this into project execution
  • Good communication skills and strong ownership skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
