We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Controller to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing global payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee wages, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on maintaining compliance with local rules and regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Process monthly payrolls for all employees, guaranteeing accuracy and global compliance.
- Conduct payroll-related tasks such as bonus calculations, reimbursement applications, and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update the salary process, aiming for maximum automation.
- Establish and enforce payroll audit controls and formalized processes.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes and any related audits.
- Provide guidance on holiday balances and registrations to colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant educational background required.
- Proven experience working with global payroll procedures essential.
- Knowledge of best practice payroll procedures and tax regulations mandatory.
- Experience with Excel necessary, with Zenegy experience being advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, as our company language.
