The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Expert to join our Group People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Global Compensation Strategies: You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement comprehensive global compensation strategies that align with our business goals.
- Lead Annual Salary Review and Gender Equal Pay Analysis: You will be responsible for coordinating and leading our annual salary review process, ensuring that it is fair, transparent, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Support International Mobility Assignments: You will work closely with our Group Tax team to ensure that international mobility assignments are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with Local Markets and Support Union Negotiations: You will build strong relationships with our local markets and support union negotiations on various compensation topics.
- Develop Group Remuneration Standard: You will lead the development of our Group Remuneration Standard, which will clarify and align our global remuneration portfolio with our business strategy.
- Lead Short- and Long-term Incentive Programs: You will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our short- and long-term incentive programs.
- Project Lead Benefits Development Efforts: You will lead our efforts to develop innovative benefits packages that meet the evolving needs of our employees.
- Oversee Job Architecture Framework: You will ensure that our job architecture framework is up-to-date and consistent with industry best practices.
- Drive Digital Transformation of Remuneration Processes: You will lead the digital transformation of our remuneration processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.
- Provide Training and Communication: You will provide training and communication to managers and HR professionals on various aspects of total rewards, including job coding methodology, compensation, and annual salary review.
