Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Finance Manager to join our Europe team. As a trusted advisor to the VP of Region Europe and their leadership team, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing financial strategies, and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial operations for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive business case processes and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Partner in a commercial/ regional setting in a multinational company, Management Consultant or similar.
  • Commercially and strategically astute with a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial and financial performance and achieving business goals.
