Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to join our Europe team as a trusted advisor to the VP of Region Europe and their leadership team. You will drive commercial improvement initiatives, manage financial operations, and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key financial advisor to the VP of Region Europe and their leadership team.
  • Manage all financial operations for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Partner in a commercial/ regional setting in a multinational company, Management Consultant or similar.
  • Commercially and strategically astute with a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial and financial performance and achieving business goals.
