IT Program Director

As a Digital Transformation Expert at Velux Deutschland GmbH, you will lead multiple strategic initiatives, integrating sales/marketing and IT delivery to drive significant business outcomes.

• Leading the end-to-end execution of large-scale digital projects and programs primarily within sales and marketing
• Developing and coordinating IT deliverable plans across multiple projects, aligning with the business side
• Implementing effective delivery methods and project governance
• Regularly monitoring deliverables/milestones and managing changes to goals or scope
• Identifying and addressing resource demands and aligning allocations with resource owners
• Fostering seamless collaboration and leading effective communication and change management with stakeholders at all levels from specialists to senior stakeholders within IT&DE as well as the business side
• Continuously improving our delivery models and ways of working
• Closing down projects and securing continued operations

• Possess over 10 years of relevant work experience in Project Management, IT Consulting, or similar roles within IT delivery
• A proven history of managing multiple complex IT projects and delivering high-quality results within a large international enterprise matrix environment
• Experience working with implementing and developing IT solutions within the sales and marketing domain is a plus
• Great interpersonal skills, enabling influence, guidance, and coaching of a team and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders within IT and business stakeholders
• Ability to work in a structured manner with task organization and prioritization, meeting deadlines across multiple projects
• Advanced written communication skills, with proficiency in creating concise presentations that facilitate direction setting and progression for stakeholders at all levels
