Job Description

Tesla, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Service Dispatcher.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate repairs, determine technical solutions, and provide timely updates to customers.

  • Coordinate vehicle repairs in accordance with warranty guidelines and specifications.
  • Determine the most effective method for resolving technical issues.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels to provide service status updates and answer questions.
  • Coordinate scheduling of customers to ensure maximum throughput and efficient use of mobile service technicians.
  • Respond to roadside requests and coordinate servicing of customer vehicles.
  • Collaborate with service leadership to plan for PTO, vehicle downtime, and adjustments to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or automotive environment.
  • Strong understanding of parts process, warranty, and ability to communicate complex information to customers.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to address and resolve difficult conversations and customer conflicts.
  • Valid driver's license.
