Senior Risk Engineer Property

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Engineer Property to join our EMEA Risk Engineering Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on risk management property-related matters to clients and brokers.
With a focus on our Nordics book-of-business within the BENELUX region, you will work closely with clients and brokers to develop and implement effective risk management strategies. You will also be responsible for reviewing and interpreting third-party risk information, conducting prospect visits, and developing servicing plans for our customers.
As a Senior Risk Engineer Property, you will lead field-engineering visits, set priorities and targets for risk improvement, and partner with clients to develop long-term relationships. You will also conduct loss prevention visits for clients written out of other Swiss Re offices in the EMEA Region.
About The TeamYou will be part of our global Risk Engineering Services community, fully embedded in the EMEA RES Team. Based on your skills, you will develop to become a specialist in dedicated core industries or subject matters. This includes driving various projects, initiatives, development, and implementation of strategies, creating standard methodologies, guidelines, or papers, and industry updates or developing new innovative service offerings.

About YouThe ideal candidate comes with a strong service-minded approach and interpersonal skills, understanding of the business, and is a great team player. You will have a Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred), strong property loss prevention background (> 5 years at a reputable property risk engineering provider), strong negotiation and presentation abilities, proficient digital literacy, and language skills in Danish/Swedish/Norwegian (mother tongue or business Proficient) and English (business Proficient).
You will also have a willingness to travel mainly within Europe and a driving license. The role requires presence in the office on a regular basis but based on our flexibility of work (hybrid) and Own The Way You Work principle. Preferably 3 days per week with exception of business trips.
For Denmark, the base salary range for this position is between DKK 806,000 and 1,344,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers the requirements, scope, complexity, and responsibilities of the role, the applicant's own profile, including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills, and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits, including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
