Join Our Team as a Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our team at Illum Copenhagen. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Tom Ford beauty products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Make-up or other beauty certificates or a high enthusiasm and motivation for beauty
  • Proficient in a Scandinavian language and in English both in speaking and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
