We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Illum Copenhagen. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of beauty products, and helping customers find the perfect solutions for their needs.
This is a part-time position of 32 hours per month, with varied shifts including evenings and weekends. You will work closely with our Department Store Manager and be part of a dynamic retail team that is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum high school diploma, previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry, and excellent communication skills in both Danish and English. You will also have a passion for beauty, makeup, or skincare, and be familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately €12-15 per hour, depending on experience, discounts on Estée Lauder Companies' product portfolio, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and recommend beauty products based on customers' needs
