We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies in Copenhagen. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on our fragrance brands and products
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect product to meet their needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new launches and trends
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and create a positive in-store experience
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store events to drive sales and engagement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Make-up or other beauty certificates or a high enthusiasm and motivation for beauty
  • Proficient in a Scandinavian language and in English both in speaking and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
