This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our future:

  • You will lead projects and vendor relationships in agile and distributed environments, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Architect and optimize High-Performance Computing (HPC), Unix, and Linux systems, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.
  • Utilize GitLab for version control and collaboration within DevOps workflows, streamlining development processes.
  • Develop automation scripts (Bash, Python) for system administration, enhancing productivity and reliability.
  • Analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions, resolving technical challenges with ease.
  • Plan, coordinate, and communicate effectively across teams, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate on private and public cloud strategies, driving cloud adoption and optimization.
  • Take ownership of migrations, technical refreshes, and new technology implementations, ensuring successful deployments.

We envision that you have:

  • Proven project and vendor management experience, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Technical proficiency in HPC, Unix, and Linux (L3 level), with a deep understanding of system architecture and optimization.
  • Proficiency in GitLab, DevOps tools, and shell scripting, with experience in automating tasks and workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills, with excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) and English language skills.

In addition, it would be beneficial if you:

  • Have familiarity with private and public cloud environments, with experience in cloud migration and optimization.
  • Have collaboration experience in standardizing cloud strategies across locations, driving consistency and best practices.
  • Have hands-on experience with automation tools (SaltStack, Ansible), with expertise in automating system administration tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in infrastructure architecture, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

About the Role:

This position offers a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
