Job Title: Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Denmark. As a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be responsible for executing recruiting projects across Northern Europe, collaborating with various functions, and developing a solid understanding of assigned geographies' workforce planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit target active and passive candidates for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
  2. Carry out full life cycle recruiting, including job postings, pre-screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating interviews.
  3. Evaluate candidate assessments and administer them for assigned recruitment and support best practice usage and interpretation to Hiring Teams.
  4. Represent Intl. N&H Denmark ApS to the highest standard, helping to strengthen the employer brand in the region.
  5. Drive the recruiting process for assigned portfolios and act as an advisor to the HR team regarding TA processes, best practices, interviewing techniques, and tools.
  6. Support continuous improvement by thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market, and technology for successful sourcing solutions.
  7. Develop strong talent market knowledge for assigned geographies across Europe.
  8. Apply direct search/networking methodology to identify talent within limited and/or specific candidate pools.
  9. Effectively use social media tools to source talent and maintain a solid LinkedIn presence for talent mapping identification.
  10. Manage Global Applicant tracking system administration.
  11. Maintain strict adherence to all requisite internal & external standards.
  12. Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required.
  13. Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human resources/related fields or relatable work experience.
  2. 3-5 years' proven track record in Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience with experience in international search and hiring across Nordics area.
  3. Experience in technical and manufacturing jobs in related industries such as Ingredients, chemicals, biosciences, food, life sciences, consumer goods, etc.
  4. Experience gained from either in-house or RPO environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.
  5. Experience with Global Applicant Tracking System, database management, direct sourcing, and leveraging professional social media hiring tools (LinkedIn or local job boards).
  6. Workday experience is a plus.
  7. Demonstrable proficiency in successfully recruiting for a variety of complex positions.
  8. Ability to successfully manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment.
  9. Develop effective relationships and manage expectations of Senior stakeholders on-site and remote.
  10. Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy, taking initiative, and working as part of a hybrid team.
  11. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  12. Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  13. Persistent with a strong drive for results.
  14. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  15. Familiar with Workday.
  16. Strong Microsoft suite skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  17. Languages: fluent in English and Finnish. Fluency in Danish would be a plus but is not required.
