About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Solutions Architect to join our team at Pandora. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative training solutions that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Content Development: Assist in the design and production of engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, classroom presentations, and videos.
  • Project Coordination: Manage smaller-scale projects, tracking timelines and ensuring timely delivery while proactively addressing any challenges.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders in the Global Office and regional clusters to gather feedback and ensure content meets diverse team needs.
About YouWe Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has proven experience in training content development, instructional design, or a similar role; retail experience is a plus.
  • Is proficient with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Can apply strong analytical skills and interpret data to make informed decisions.
