Job Overview:
Solteq Commerce & Data is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales operations in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. As a Business Growth Driver, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading the sales organization, and fostering a positive work environment.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic role that requires a strong sales background and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will report to the Sales Director, Commerce & Data, and have no direct reports. Your time will be split approximately 70% on sales activities and 30% on country manager responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by creating and executing sales activities to achieve targets in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
  • Lead the sales organization and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the Nordic region.
  • Strong understanding of the Danish market and business environment.
  • Modern leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required.
