About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President in the R&ED Digital Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our leadership, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with planning and executing monthly and quarterly review sessions for the department.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Manage and maintain departmental records, including web sites, email lists, and organizational charts.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and international guests.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry or company.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
