Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a number of selected key customer accounts within manufacturing and production, and warehouse and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal teams and Project Managers to ensure solutions meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and manage sales efforts in our organization toward selected customers.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals that benefit both the customer and the company.
  • Monitor and report back market trends and competitor information to stay ahead and ensure informed strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager or similar role within IT and robotics/automation solutions, preferably within the Smart Factories or Smart Warehouses industry.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
