About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team at HOYER Rekruttering. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing sales through a distribution network structure in Scandinavia, Baltics, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential distributors targeting segments within hospitals, professional kitchens, restaurants, food factories, and agriculture.
  • Draft business plans and pursue sales potentials in each of the designated markets.
  • Travel 50-75 days per year to meet with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience from a similar position, such as Key Account Manager or Export Manager.
  • Ability to develop and progress international sales on a wholesale level with a B2B product.
  • Knowledge of the targeted country markets and ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages and English as a second language.

Employment Model:

The salary consists of a fixed salary and a bonus based on sales. We offer relocation assistance to candidates who need to move to the greater Copenhagen area.
