Driving Growth in Foodservice

In this key role, you will drive the development of Arla's Foodservice business in Denmark. With a unique opportunity to impact the development of our business, you will work closely with your team to bring foodservice to the next level.

\

As a member of the Danish Leadership Team, you will manage the performance and drive growth for Arla in the Danish foodservice market. You will lead local foodservice portfolio development through innovations and market roll out from other markets.

\

Key Responsibilities

\

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  2. Building a clear local strategy and yearly plans reflecting both local and global direction and priorities areas.\
  3. Identifying growth opportunities in Channels and Customers – driving brand share growth.\
  4. Leading local foodservice portfolio development through innovations and market roll out from other markets.\
  5. Conducting on-going profitability optimization via portfolio- and channel mix and net revenue management.\
  6. Negotiating year-end agreements and contracts with key wholesalers, key end-user customers and public tenders.\
  7. Building strong joint business plans for growth with key customers.\
  8. Developing and driving top-to-top relations with key customers.\
  9. Having external engagements in relevant advisory boards and communities.\

Leadership Style

\

Your leadership style should be closely aligned with Arla's leadership values: Lead, Sense, Create. You should have significant experience from leading leaders or leading a function, with a proven track record of building customer relations and detecting and developing business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

\

To succeed in this role, you will need a commercial or marketing master degree and extensive experience within FMCG with focus on sales. Ideally, you should have experience from both retail and foodservice channels and be on the forefront of the dynamic development in the foodservice industry.
