We're looking for a talented Compliance Initiatives Director to join our Compliance team at Lunar ApS. As a senior leader, you'll be responsible for leading and driving compliance initiatives across key areas of general banking regulation and data protection.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Danish banking law and regulation, governance, and compliance within the financial sector. You should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both English and Danish.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive compliance initiatives across key areas of general banking regulation.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the Compliance team and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
