Unlock Your Expertise in Drainage and Climate Adaptation

COWI A/S is seeking an experienced Discipline Lead or Project Manager to join our team and contribute to shaping the green transition. As a key player in our drainage department, you will lead and facilitate projects that design climate adaptation of drainage and sewer systems, develop integrated urban drainage solutions, and create resilient and sustainable drainage systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate projects in designing climate adaptation of drainage and sewer systems, development of integrated urban drainage solutions, and resilient and sustainable drainage systems.
  • Manage surface stormwater on terrain integrated in the design of blue-green solutions, rain beds, SUDS, open and underground stormwater basins.
  • Renovate and design overflow structures, underground wastewater basins, pump stations, offshore projects, stormwater tunnels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across COWI, including landscape, road, rail, construction, port and coastal construction.
  • Convey your knowledge to junior colleagues and the rest of the team.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least one discipline in drainage (e.g. designing of pipes, climate adaptation, pumping stations, offshore pipelines or similar) and experience as Discipline Lead or Project Manager.
  • A degree in engineering.
  • Flair for customer and contractor contact.
  • Ability to work efficiently and structured.
  • Advanced communication skills in both Danish and English - both oral and written.
