Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • System Integration: Consolidate existing product portfolios to enable customers to achieve a carbon-neutral future.
  • Thermal Management: Design, calculate, digitize, and analyze cooling and heating system solutions with a focus on data center systems.
  • System Design: Develop platforms, subsystems, and modules to create application and system solutions.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and maintain a comprehensive understanding of system integration and testing.
  • Optimization: Ensure maximum optimization of the system (cost, consumption, efficiency, and operation).
  • Technical Requirements: Translate application and system into technical product requirements.
  • Comparative Studies: Participate in comparative studies of various thermal management systems and cooling/heating systems.
  • Modeling and Simulation: Develop modules, subsystems, and system-level models to enhance the team's ability to expedite design, simulation, implementation, and testing activities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with customers, internal and external partners, universities, and start-up companies.
  • System Knowledge: Deep system knowledge for differentiated innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Engineering or System Design with solid hands-on skills and a commercial focus.
  • Skills: Knowledge and experience in the design, development, simulation, digitization, and validation of thermal management, cooling, and heating systems.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Design Skills: Proficient design skills in CAD systems and PDMs.
  • Teamwork: Excellent team spirit, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, creativity, and the ability to work independently.
  • Quality Tools: Proven track record of using quality tools to ensure a zero-defect approach to system concepts.
