In recent years, we have achieved significant success with our game Lily's Garden, and we're now expanding our Gameboard Team to solidify our position as a leader in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.

About the Role

As a Visual Experience Leader, you will be responsible for designing, animating, and implementing art assets that drive engagement and visually appeal. You will work closely with level designers to bring new mechanics to life, ensuring a seamless integration of aesthetics and gameplay needs.

You will lead the visual design of all areas of art relating to level gameplay, setting and pushing visual standards to create an industry-leading visual experience. Your expertise will help shape the artistic vision of our game, establishing a unique and captivating visual style.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience within casual, puzzle games, with a strong background in creating stylized, cartoony game art.
  • Excellent skills in concepting, illustrating, animating, and implementing casual mobile game assets, from initial ideation to final integrated art asset.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling, particularly workflows involving 3D-to-2D overpainting.
  • Experience implementing art within Unity, with a deep understanding of best practices for integration and performance.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with game art trends and a willingness to innovate and find new ways to enhance player satisfaction visually.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to share ideas clearly, lead discussions, and proactively drive improvements to reach team goals.
