In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, improving, and ensuring the overall health of our game economies while maximizing revenue and retention of our hit game Lily's Garden. This is an exciting opportunity to align economy strategies with the motivations and behaviors of our players.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with data, design, and product teams to improve the game experience and maximize revenue and retention.
  • Monitor and balance the live game economy by reacting to issues, testing variations, and optimizing sales and events to maximize their impact for key player cohorts.
  • Develop progression and reward structures, currency balancing, and other economy aspects to enhance player experiences.
  • Synthesize and forecast the impact of new and existing features on the game economy.
  • Research and implement new economy strategies and tools for game balancing, monetization, and retention.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who has contributed to growing free-to-play mobile games in the past, demonstrating a deep understanding of how systems and currencies influence both the player experience and the game's financial performance.

A successful candidate will have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, emphasizing metrics-driven decision-making. They should also believe in the importance of candid feedback and sharing lessons learned for successful collaboration and continuous improvement.
