We are looking for a highly skilled Global CX Operations Lead to drive the development and implementation of our customer experience strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies.

About the Role

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your expertise in agile methodologies, design thinking, and data analysis. Your mission is to bridge the gap between business, design, and IT, creating a seamless and efficient customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Leverage data analysis and customer feedback to inform design decisions and optimize customer journeys.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain a shared understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
About You

You have a Master's degree in design, engineering, or business with a primary focus on understanding customer needs as the outset for what to do, when, and how. You have 5-10 years of work experience within agile and design thinking processes from a corporate company, where you have been part of maturing the ways of working.

A great collaborator building trust and confidence towards our many stakeholders. The corporate language is English, so you need to have professional proficiency in English both verbally and in writing.
