As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll join our rapidly growing team responsible for finding, attracting, engaging, and welcoming top technical talent to join Veo's Builders Department (engineering, product, and design). Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and developing the hiring process in collaboration with engineering, product, and design leaders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and acquiring best-in-class technical talent through job boards, developer communities, social media, professional networks, and more.
  • Building, monitoring, and refining pipelines of candidates for key technical roles.
  • Leveraging an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements:
  • +5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within an in-house technical recruiting team.
  • Ability to identify T-shaped senior talent who can learn and apply technical skills to the correct business problems at the right time.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and practices (software/hardware engineers, data/computer vision scientists, DevSecOps, etc.), programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Awareness of hiring biases and experience with techniques to mitigate them.
  • Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow for candidate sourcing.
  • Proficient in engaging with others, communicating clearly, and navigating groups toward agreement.
  • Ability to adapt to new opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruitment experience within tech companies, preferably at various stages of growth.
