About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Capability Lead to join our Pandora A/S team. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of the Global Marketing Academy. This includes setting the strategic direction, developing the learning and skill development program, integrating core marketing principles, rolling out and running the day-to-day of the Academy, and designing learning journeys.
Your main objective will be to deliver a world-class learning experience that meets the needs of our marketers across various career stages. You will work closely with internal and external partners to achieve this goal, while promoting engagement, tracking results, and continuously improving the offer based on data and feedback.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background, a passion for learning and development, and excellent project management skills. They should be able to communicate effectively, influence without authority, and build partnerships across complex organizations. Experience in building or leading learning programs, academies, or capability initiatives, as well as familiarity with change management, is highly desirable.
