Salesforce is seeking an experienced customer success operations manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • You will develop and execute strategies that ensure customers derive maximum value from Salesforce solutions.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle and address challenges or opportunities.
  • You will monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle, and revenue retention strategies.
