Incident Resolution Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Process Manager to join our Engineering team in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining and improving reporting on ongoing incident trendlines, as well as facilitating weekly meetings with senior management and C-level personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and drive the Incident Management Process and streamline the process thereafter.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and streamline the process thereafter.
- Facilitate collaboration on Incident response - support the incident process by ensuring the necessary resources are available to prepare for, mitigate against, and recover from disruptive incidents.
- Ensure that Incidents with a client/business impact are resolved as fast as possible to maintain the highest possible system availability.
- Manage external client communication in cooperation with Client facing teams.
- Exercise controls through existing processes and operational procedures owned by Service Management.
- Facilitate Post-Mortem meetings and take part in Problem Management work.
