About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at EG Norge AS. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving finance and financial processes, including performance management and M&A business cases, for our Business Units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Business Unit through all tasks in the annual financial cycle, including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the financial aspect of the strategy process.
  • Implement performance management methods and processes, including providing input for the development of relevant measures.
  • Participate in M&A activities, particularly the implementation of acquisitions.
  • Own financial processes in the Business Unit, including serving as a point of contact between the Business Unit and Group Finance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive efficiency in financial operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Finance Business Partner in a global organization or in a finance/FP&A team or similar role.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or Management Accounting or similar.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders at various managerial levels in a dynamic business environment.
  • Work independently as well as in teams to create valuable results and achieve strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, to ensure successful collaboration with your many stakeholders.
