Deep Learning Expert for Probabilistic Vision

As a PhD candidate at DTU Electro, you will be part of a dynamic research environment focused on developing cutting-edge technology for people. The AUTOASSESS project is a flagship initiative that aims to push the boundaries of aerial robotic inspection. We are seeking an exceptional researcher who can contribute to this effort by developing novel deep learning techniques for uncertainty-aware semantic segmentation.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and programming skills. Experience with simulation tools, such as Isaac Gym or Aerial Gym, and open-source tools for deep learning would be an asset. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, publish research findings, and contribute to grant proposals.
