Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of safety and quality procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the production department.

• Collaborate with the management team to drive financial and operational performance.

• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to improve underperforming areas.

• Manage production schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Provide daily updates to team leads and employees through management and start-up meetings.

• Develop and train employees to enhance their skills and contribute to the company's growth.

• Foster an inspirational leadership style by motivating the team and identifying successors for key positions.

• Develop and maintain well-documented manufacturing processes and standards.

• Enforce company policies and procedures, and lead cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and implement technical service processes, including maintenance procedures.

Shared Accountabilities:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment with visual metrics.

• Empower employees with knowledge and development opportunities.

• Identify necessary resources to accomplish tasks, including recruitment, retention, and employee development.

• Communicate with key stakeholders and the external community.

Key Linkages and Interfaces:

• Direct reporting line: President of Division, Head of Operations.

• Local management team – HSE, Production, Quality, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operational Excellence, and Business Partners.
