New Product Implementation Manager

At Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A., we are seeking a highly skilled New Product Implementation Manager to join our team in Vejle. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration of new equipment and tools into our Order Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain processes for integrating new products into the Order Management workflow.
  • Ensure transparency and communication among stakeholders throughout the product implementation process.
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deadlines to prevent delays and disruptions.
  • Develop mitigation plans and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Inform stakeholders on the delivery of new products and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure all activities from Z0 to Z4 in the new product flow are performed according to the agreed timeline.
  • Keep the Order Management team informed of all new incoming products.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, project management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop timelines and follow up on deliverables.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with effective communication across different teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP for managing timelines and product-related tasks is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
