About the Role

Siemen Gamesa is seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Manager to join our dedicated Sales team based in Vejle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key customers, taking existing products and new ideas, and implementing them into contracts that work for both SGRE and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the customer relationship and customer projects
  • Developing a successful customer approach and strategy that matches the customer's needs, profile, and strategy
  • Working primarily to grow our Offshore Aftermarket business with products in a range of categories, including spare parts, digital, and engineering solutions
  • Leading, challenging, and coaching the project team to deliver the right solution
  • Having overall responsibility for negotiation and conclusion of customer contracts, project planning, and reporting
  • Ensuring adherence to Siemens Gamesa's sales processes
  • Motivating, supporting, and developing a high-performing and embracing sales culture
  • Understanding customer business case requirements and developing bid/negotiation strategies
  • Ensuring successful handover to project management upon contract signature

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience within the energy industry and ideally working in a sales or project management role. You will have contact with many internal and external stakeholders across various levels. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for the role, including excellent Danish and English skills both orally and in writing.
