Role Description
The Robotics Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of customer service robots and CoPilot agents across all Nordic countries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of customer service robots and CoPilot agents.
- Develop and maintain a framework for customer service robots to ensure high-quality performance and continuous development.
- Maintain a prioritized list of enhancements and developments for Customer Service Nordics.
- Collaborate with robotic development teams to prioritize robot enhancements or new robots.
- Assist in the development and operation of a community for CoPilot within Customer Service Nordics.
- Establish a structured training program for onboarding new specialists into the robotics framework.
- Examine processes for potential robotic optimizations.
- Share information with stakeholders and maintain relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational planning, performance analysis, or robotics engineering.
- Excellent analytical abilities to track and interpret operational KPIs.
- Passion for artificial intelligence and its applications in robotics and customer service.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with development teams and other stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and conducting training programs.
