Change Manager for Organisational Implementation with a Passion for Training and Communication

We are seeking a skilled Organisational Change Manager to join our team at Danske Bank in Copenhagen. As a key member of our Projects & Implementation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of changes and strategic projects that have a direct impact on our customers and advisors.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assess the change impact and identify the need for training and development of training material.
- Build core stories and communication plans to engage employees and anchor changes within the business.
- Collaborate with projects and stakeholders across the bank to ensure the successful implementation of changes.
- Review performance post-implementation to ensure that changes are sustained and anchored over time.
We are looking for a people-oriented Change Manager with a passion for training and communication. You will have a relevant master's degree or similar, experience in the role as Organisational Change Manager or experience from the business as an advisor or the like. You will be able to collaborate with people, navigate a network of stakeholders, and build relations. You will also have great communication skills in Danish and English, good planning and presentation skills, and great interpersonal abilities and efficient critical thinking skills.
