Account Manager (Danish speaking), Saxo Institutional Service

We take pride in high satisfaction and aim for improving the overall customer relationship. Our team is dedicated to delivering a high level of service to a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial Clients.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Key point of contact for day to day, operational queries and escalations for your own portfolio of institutional clients
  2. Actively participating in the development of our partners through education
  3. Dealing with clients' queries and resolving escalations
  4. Investigating complex partners' requests together with specialists and relevant stakeholders
  5. Identifying customer needs and being the voice of the client within our organisation
  6. Owning projects to improve/develop services that result from customers´ needs

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of account management, middle office or client facing operational role in the financial industry. Key competences include:

  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Fluent in Danish & English
  3. Thrive in a dynamic environment with focus on setting the right priorities
  4. Structured & highly organised approach with a good sense for details
  5. Passionate & 'can-do' attitude
  6. Willingness to take ownership - a self-starter
