We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategy Manager to join our team.

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of Stibo Systems. Your focus will be on identifying key areas for growth, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans that deliver tangible results across the organization.

Specifically, you will:

  • Analyse and deliver key strategic projects for improving and evolving the business directly with top management.
  • Provide executive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, including strategy and budgeting processes, strategy workshops, and strategy execution.
  • Drive strategy execution across the organization and ensure adherence to our strategic plans.
  • Manage projects towards the Senior Leadership across Stibo Software Group.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Manager with a previous experience in strategy development. You are eager to learn new things, bring a positive attitude, and are easy to work with.

You have developed a strong toolbox through your previous work that you can put to use while leading key strategic projects across the organization.

Moreover, you:

  • Have a relevant academic background: Master-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Have project management experience from complex projects with senior project sponsors.
  • Have the ability to dive deep into large datasets, make recommendations, and drive execution.
  • Are recognized for your strategic mindset, good organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have supported strategic projects on behalf of senior management.
  • Have a passion for making a daily difference.
