Strategic Partnership Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, decision makers, and contacts within partner organizations. The primary goal is to expand and deepen relationships, gaining new opportunities and winning deals.
In partnership with pre-sales and marketing teams, you will take a consultative approach to present DynamicWeb solutions to partners and their customers, positioning competitive advantages to overcome objections and develop qualified opportunities for the sales team to engage with.
This role requires strong execution skills, the ability to work strategically and tactically with new and existing partners, and a passion for technology that drives digital transformation goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 10-15 strategic partner accounts, building relationships with relevant contacts.
- Participate in tradeshows, events, and engagements with strategic partners.
- Plan and execute activities that deepen partner relationships within strategic partner organizations.
- Work closely with pre-sales and marketing teams to cultivate relationships and build understanding of DynamicWeb.
- Gain opportunities from strategic partners and work with the sales team to move them through the process of becoming a DynamicWeb customer.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of building relationships and exceeding results in developing qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work independently in a complex environment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- 5 years of partner management experience within the Microsoft Dynamics channel.
- Proven success building relationships with key stakeholders.
- History of exceeding results in developing qualified opportunities.
- Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Must be able to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment, prioritize, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location:North America, with regular travel up to 40%.
