Shape the Future of Coastal Engineering
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our coastal engineering efforts and drive innovation in our team. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our coastal engineering strategy, driving the development of our hydraulic modeling skillset, and leading complex multidisciplinary coastal projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the coastal engineering strategy, focusing on resilience, renewables, and net-zero design
- Drive the development of our coastal and hydraulic modeling skillset as a team effort
- Lead complex multidisciplinary coastal projects, including coastal protection, flood defense, and artificial islands
- Maintain the highest level of quality in our deliverables
- Promote our capabilities in the market and discover new market areas
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or similar)
- 8+ years of proven experience in relevant coastal and marine expertise
- Extensive experience with both traditional design and building with nature
- Comprehensive insight into relevant codes and design methodology
- Large experience with complex multidisciplinary coastal projects
- Great communication skills, English and Danish at a professional level
- Sustainability is on top of your mindset, and you actively want to investigate and apply green and resilient solutions
- Your skillset is respected in the market, and you have built up a valuable network, enabling you to understand clients' needs and market trends
