Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CPG Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Wolt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies with top-tier consumer packaged goods companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CPG and e-commerce industries, as well as a proven ability to drive business growth and create incremental value for partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with CPG partners, leveraging your expertise in e-commerce and consumer packaged goods to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each partner, resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote partner brands and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, or a related field, with a focus on business development and partnership management.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
