About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a CPG Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or account management within the CPG or e-commerce industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new CPG clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  2. Partnership Development: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen existing partnerships with CPG brands, driving business growth and revenue.
  3. Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze industry data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic decision-making and optimizing business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the CPG or e-commerce industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the CPG and e-commerce industries, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable business recommendations.
  • Attitude: A strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take calculated risks and drive growth.
  • Languages Proficiency: Fluency in English and Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
