About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients within the Portuguese-speaking markets, generating business and playing a critical role in Queue-it's continued growth.

As a Business Development Associate, you'll create quality connections with potential customers, develop strategic outreach campaigns, and engage in discovery calls to create and qualify new leads.

You'll become a market expert, focusing on Portuguese-speaking regions, researching, prospecting, and reporting on this market, using tailored approaches that match the linguistic, cultural, and business specifics of this region.


Responsibilities
  1. Create and qualify new sales opportunities by developing and launching strategic outreach campaigns and engaging in discovery calls.
  2. Become a market expert by researching, prospecting, and reporting on the Portuguese-speaking market.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging content, convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts.
