We are looking for an experienced Upstream Operations Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience in upstream operations, preferably in clinical/commercial GMP manufacturing. They will also possess strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-departmental tasks and deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Master Production Records (MPRs) and production plans.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with cGMP regulations and applicable guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
