Job Description

The Department of Anthropology at the University of Copenhagen is seeking two student assistants to support an European Research Council (ERC) Advanced Grant project, ANGLE. The selected candidates will be responsible for creating and updating the project website, maintaining social media profiles, and uploading content. They will also assist with administrative tasks, such as reimbursing travel expenses and organizing workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and updating the project website.
  • Maintaining and uploading content on social media profiles.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as reimbursing travel expenses.
  • Organizing workshops, including catering services, taking minutes and notes, setting up signs, creating posters and advertisements, and making reservations for workshop meals and room bookings.
  • Looking after the travel and accommodation needs of invitees and visiting scholars.
  • Organizing research clusters, lunches, and coordinating activities among students.

Requirements

To be considered for the position, you must be enrolled as a student at university level and be an active student. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
