Are you passionate about delivering best-in-class passenger experiences at sea? As a Retail Technology Specialist at DFDS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the existing retail network across our existing fleets and implementing new retail solutions on our expanding passenger network.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Passenger Tribe within the Technology & Innovation division. Our Retail Technology team is composed of highly qualified and experienced application specialists dedicated to integrating you into the team and supporting you in understanding our passenger retail software (LS Retail), business operations, and team practices.
Main Responsibilities- Configure features such as stock handling, price management, and administration of Electronic Shelf Labels.
- Deploy LS Retail in new vessels, retail outlets, and restaurants.
- Upgrade LSC systems.
- Collaborate and integrate with various other systems.
- Support and administer LS Retail.
We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of retail processes and workflows. Knowledge of Enterprise Point of Sale Systems and LS Retail is desirable but not mandatory. If you have a passion for learning and growing, we encourage you to apply.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and SQL.
