Ramboll's High Rise & Complex Buildings spearhead is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and consulting of global high-rise and complex projects.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, oversee complex structural projects, and shape the future of our structural engineering services. As part of a global team, you will work on projects across the Nordics and Europe in sectors such as commercial, leisure, and residential developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading technical design of structures
  • Carrying out onsite supervision and quality assurance
  • Facilitating local and international collaboration across disciplines
  • Representing Ramboll at conferences and other events showcasing our work
  • Supporting the use of digital tools
  • Acting as a mentor for junior colleagues
  • Participating in bids and tenders

We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing complex structures using European codes of practice. Knowledge of Danish building projects is an advantage. You should also have experience in tall and complex building constructions and be able to develop practical solutions that contribute to the project vision.
