Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Talent Development Specialist with media expertise to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering talent development programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge in the media sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development Programs: Develop and deliver talent development programs, focusing on the media sector, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Media Expertise: Utilize your media expertise to inform talent development programs and ensure alignment with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications in Talent Management or Organizational Development is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in talent management roles, with at least 5 years focused on the media industry within the EMEA region; demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent strategies that drive organizational performance.
  3. Skills: Strong media expertise and knowledge, with the ability to analyze industry trends and best practices; proficiency in talent management software and HR analytics tools; fluency in English; additional languages prevalent in the EMEA region are advantageous.
