- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in talent management roles, with at least 5 years focused on the media industry within the EMEA region; demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent strategies that drive organizational performance.
- Skills: Strong media expertise and knowledge, with the ability to analyze industry trends and best practices; proficiency in talent management software and HR analytics tools; fluency in English; additional languages prevalent in the EMEA region are advantageous.
